The SumTotal Learning Management System (LMS) offers Report Manager, a set of reporting tools that manages training efforts by:

The Enforsys Institute can easily generate customized reports by selecting categories of information and using simple filtering and drag-and-drop capabilities. It can also create graphs, charts and other visual representations of your training data.

In addition to the built-in reporting tool, SumTotal allows users to import software applications such as Crystal Reports which provide supplementary reporting capabilities.
